Head of Digital (LA and/or NY based) needed for a health/lifestyle company! (Starting Salary: $150K – $180K + full benefits)!

Position Summary

The Head of Digital is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of all digital initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, technology trends, and data analytics. The Head of Digital Growth will lead and collaborate with other departments and drive digital transformation to enhance the company’s online presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The successful individuals would also be innovative in executing long and short-term strategies with external and internal stakeholders.

The position will have three direct reports.

What you can expect in a Head of Digital role:

  • Manage and oversee production utilizing platform Zype, with conversion to LIVE and utilize streaming for all studio use.
  • Expand market share across multiple technical products.
  • Manage Website design by overseeing and working closely with external website developer.
  • Maintain the relevance of the company brand by monitoring and developing digital growth strategies.
  • Support studios with ways to receive all the data from the LIVE team.
  • Utilize knowledge and guide to establish current technology platforms for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to edit at perfection for consistently, ex: color graded, audio is synchronized, with unfirm output.
  • Manage the team to ensure editing is complete and provide the final product within 12-24 hours.
  • Work in close partnership with outside vendors including App developers, contractors and vendors
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new digital tools and platforms into existing systems.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Enhance the customer journey through personalized and engaging digital experiences.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
  • Manage and grow e-commerce and all social channels, including LinkedIn, X(Twitter), Tik Tok, Facebook, YouTube presence and Instagram following.

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Eight (8) years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
  • A minimum of 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Digital Ecosystem: an in-depth understanding of various technologies used to implement digital marketing strategies.
