Prominent Beverly Hills Diner in need of an FOH Manager! (Starting Salary: $95K/annually + full benefits)!

Beverly Hills fast-casual restaurant seeks a dynamic Front of House Manager to assist
in day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity for a growth-minded individual to take
on a leadership role at an iconic restaurant. Successful candidates will have a “can do”
attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, experience, and retention.
Individuals must have a passion for food, strong knowledge of restaurant operations,
exercise independent decision-making, and the drive to grow and develop those around
you.

Responsibilities include:
 Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure excellence in guest service, hospitality
and food quality
 Provide effective leadership for FOH and BOH team by being engaged in daily
teamsoperations, providing direction and support to achieve goals
 Provide a positive work environment for staff members by giving them the tools
they need to be successful with open, honest and direct communication
 Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
Qualifications:
 Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume,
culinary-focused restaurant, and have a valid food handler’s license or ServSafe
certification
 Proven organizational skills and the ability to implement systems, policies and
procedures to ensure effective operations
 Outstanding leadership, dynamic personality and the passion to create a culture
rooted in hospitality
 Professional maturity, sense of urgency and the constant desire to achieve
excellence
 Proficiency in computer skills, POS systems, scheduling, ordering and
accounting platforms
 Must have open availability

 $95,000/annually based on qualifications
