Highly multiskilled estate manager needed for a prominent estate in San Marino, CA! MUST have at least fifteen years experience as an estate manager managing 20,000+ sq.ft—estates and managing multiple estates. MUST have a long-term experience with one family, be flexible, and live near the estate.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversee, train and manage household staff
• Source and schedule vendors for all needed tasks
• Oversee and manage all renovation and construction
• Complete various administrative duties
• Schedule and coordinate staff schedules
• Create and implement house manuals
• Complete all special tasks
