Seeking a polished and refined career oriented, professional butler for a large, multi-staffed house in Beverly Hills, CA. Must work a flexible schedule with the ability to work long hours as needed! Must have previous experience / training in a large, high-end home interacting with high profile clientele as there will be regular contact and interaction with principals and guests. Butler’s role is primarily focused on hands on personal service and proper management and upkeep of all household operations and protocols.
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Tech savvy and knowledge of smart home systems and digital programs. Must be able to anticipate needs, be forward thinking and be self-motivated.
Butler should have a calm, thoughtful and positive demeanor with a service first mentality. You will report to the Estate Manager and will oversee the scheduling, task management and coordination of a small butler/service team while attending to the needs of the family and guests in an intuitive and caring manner. Duties could include, valet, packing, shipping, ordering and handling of other needs. Oversight and cleaning of fine art, antiques, silver and china as well as general cleaning assistance to other staff members. Upkeep of all bar / alcoholic beverage stocking and service needs along with maintaining inventory of large wine cellar. Expertise and experience making specialty cocktails. Menu preparation, in depth knowledge of food and beverage pairings, coordination with chef and housekeeping teams for all meals, events and social gatherings. Serving meals to family and guests with ability to explain all menu items in an enticing manner.
