A jack-of-all trades candidate is needed for a prominent estate in Washington, D.C. Candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a private home and MUST be a team player with excellent communication skills. Duties include but not limited to: cleaning and maintaining an immaculate estate, cleaning and upkeep of the exterior of the property–including window washing and power washing walkways. Ensure home is properly set-up prior to homeowners arrival. Oversee staff and vendors, keep track of inventory and replenish supplies, oversee any renovations, fix minor repairs needed around the property, alert principal of any time-sensitive issues and emergencies, assist with all additional duties.
