Hands-on property manager/handyman is needed for a prominent estate in Palos Verdes, CA! Manager MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience managing large properties with skills in maintenance and renovation projects. MUST be very hands-on with knowledge and experience in fixing and maintaining all areas of the property–including some electrical and plumbing expertise. Duties include– full staff management, ensure property is running smoothly and efficiently, handle all small and large projects, coordinate events, create and maintain inventory and supplies, ensure proper maintenance of tennis court/basketball court and all outdoor recreational areas, handyman duties and assist with all additional daily duties.
