Personal Assistant needed for a high profile executive in Palos Verdes, CA! Personal assistant MUST have a minimum of 6 years experience as a PA for an executive with excellent communication skills! MUST be a team player with the ability to work a flexible schedule and complete all administrative duties and light bookkeeping. Duties also include–personal shopping and running various errands; heavy calendar management, tech savvy with the ability to sync personal/business calendars, set-up meetings and assist with events, work with estate manager on various projects and assist with a wide range of duties.
