Experienced and detailed personal assistant needed for a high profile couple in Santa Monica, CA! MUST have a minimum of 8 years experience working as a personal assistant with stellar references! MUST be extremely detail oriented, tech savvy and able to handle and excel in high-pressure situations. Duties include but not limited to–heavy calendar management, coordinating and scheduling all reservations and travel itineraries, personal shopping, keeping track of inventory, completing various projects and ensuring all time sensitive matters are taken care of, caring for pets, receiving/deliver packages, assisting with all additional duties.
