Experienced and hands-on estate manager needed for a high-profile estate in Maui, HI! Estate manager MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience with stellar references, must be a team-player and hands-on to assist with staff with necessary duties. Manager must be local and duties include but not limited to: staff management, vendor management, assistant duties, ensure estate is running smoothly and like a 5-start hotel, solve all issues, hire/train staff, inventory control, work with staff and delegate tasks, coordinate events, pack/unpack for travel, complete all special projects and assist with additional daily duties.
