Experienced and polished chief-of-staff needed for a high-profile executive in Hunts Point, WA! MUST have a minimum of 8+ years experience as a chief-of-staff with the ability to oversee 10+ residences. Duties include but not limited to– day-to-day management of all logistics, business and personal activities for high profile client, oversee all staff members in each property, oversee and ensure each property is in budget and complete all renovation projects, coordinate highly complex calendars, coordinate all private travel, work in close liaison with all team members and ensure everything is running smoothly, etc. MUST be able to wear many different hats and excel under pressure.
