ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Seeking Full Time Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Estate Operations for Family Office. Position will be based in Los Angeles . Schedule will mostly be Monday – Friday but must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as necessary.  Candidate must have a minimum 3+ years’ experience as a administrative or estate assistant and be willing and available to travel as needed. Longevity and exceptional references are a must.

Looking for a hands on, detail oriented assistant who can manage a busy schedule. Must work well in a large, multi-staffed team and have a can do, positive attitude. Candidate will handle all office related assistant duties including: keeping inventory and making purchases of all office items/supplies, assist with parties and events on estate, manage to-do lists, scheduling, credit card reconciliations, organizational tasks, shipping and receiving, simple errand runs and odd tasks.

Must have experience with smart home systems and be tech savvy as you will be using digital platforms for scheduling, task completion and routine checklists. Looking for a team player with thick skin, exceptional communication skills and a great work ethic.

Fluent in English verbally and written, professional in appearance and demeanor at all times with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to submit an in depth background check upon conditional employment offer.
