Part-time assistant needed for a prominent figure in Pasadena, CA! MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience as an assistant and be able to commit 2 full working days for employer. Duties include but not limited to–various administrative duties, in charge of all email correspondence, schedule meetings and reservations, run various errands, personal shopping, filing, complete special projects and meet deadlines, book appointments, coordinate travel. MUST have excellent communication skills and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
