Chef needed for a CEO in Beverly Hills & Malibu, CA! (Starting Salary: $100K/annually + benefits)

• MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience as a private chef and be able to go to both residences (Beverly Hills, CA & Malibu, CA)
• Provides unmatched culinary standards at all times.
• Create fresh, seasonal healthy menus using guidelines set forth and directed by the Principles, Personal Assistant and Estate Manager.
• Cater special events held at the residences such as birthday parties, holiday events, cocktail parties, etc.
• Provide all ingredients and perform and supervise all aspects of meal preparation from preparing ingredients, cooking the meal and serving if needed.
• Inventory and shop for household groceries for main residence and outlying properties when traveling.
• Supervise and assist with serving meals and beverages to the family and guests.
• Supervise and assist with all necessary cleanup, including the kitchen area (whether indoors or outdoors), including the cleaning and sanitization of serving dishes, dinner ware and any other items used during meal preparation and service.
• Properly store and label all prepared, leftover food, open products, and frozen items,
• Create inventory for household pantry and refrigerator and maintain stocking of the pantry and refrigerator.
• Create weekly menus and a family recipe book to be kept in the household kitchen.
• Travel at the request of the family.
• Create food packing lists for travel if needed.
• Create and maintain family preferences for main residence and outlying properties.
• Create and use system to maintain guests’ preferences.
• Must provide a constant security presence and maintain strict confidentiality, abiding by all house and security rules and policies.
• Assist with Communication and works schedules as needed with other Family Chefs as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned by family member, Personal Assistant, and the Estate Manager.
