A Ranch Manager is needed for a high-profile estate in Ojai, CA! MUST have at least 4 years experience as a ranch manager and be able to work a flexible schedule and fully care for a full functioning ranch!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Direct and delegate tasks to ensure the farm is operating at full capacity
- Oversee and care for greenhouses, aquacultural operations, nurseries, and other agricultural establishments.
- Train and supervise farm workers to ensure day-to-day activities are being completed efficiently.
- oversee any contract services and vendors
- Assist with additional daily duties.
