A top-notch estate manager is needed for a prominent estate in Newport Coast, CA! MUST have at least 10 years experience as an estate manager with excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, work under pressure with demanding deadlines, have the ability and expertise to manage multiple properties, and ensure the family is always living at a 5-star hotel.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage multiple properties and experience managing 20,000 sq.ft+ estates.
- Staff and vendor management
- In charge of creating schedules that best suit family needs
- Train, hire, fire, and manage all staff members
- Work alongside staff to ensure all duties are completed with utmost perfection.
- In charge of all renovations
- Create household manuals
- Experience with a smart home
- Complete various administrative duties
- Greet and accommodate guest needs
- Coordinate events
- Personal shopping
- Heavy calendar management and book travel needs if needed
- Assist with all daily additional duties
