Family Assistant needed for a HNW family in West Hollywood, CA! Assistant MUST have at least five years of experience and can multitask and handle multiple projects/requests simultaneously. Candidate must excel under pressure and be able to work a flexible schedule.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Heavy calendar management
- Make reservations and coordinate travel needs
- personal shopping and run errands
- house management; oversee vendors and staff
- Handle all special projects and meet all deadlines
- Assist with all additional duties
