Experienced houseman needed for a prominent couple in New York, NY! MUST be legal to work here with at least five years of experience working as a houseman.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Detail clean exterior grounds–including cleaning all cobwebs, leaves, rails and patio/BBQ area
- Power wash walkways and needed areas
- Move/lift furniture and complete special tasks as needed
- Assist housekeepers with any tasks needed
- Keep track of inventory.
- organize garage and storage space
- Assist with all additional duties
