Part-time houseman needed for a family in Santa Monica, CA! The schedule needed is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Houseman must have at least five years of experience and be able to commit to a part-time working schedule. Duties include but are not limited to–detail exterior cleaning, power washing and blowing grounds, landscaping duties, organizing garage and storage, running errands as needed, keeping track of inventory, minor handyman duties, and assisting with all special tasks.
