Highly experienced and flexible Personal assistant/household manager needed for a HNW Beverly Hills couple! Candidate must be flexible and have a strong work ethic with the ability to be very hands-on, communicate well, be patient, and be proactive!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- 6,000 Square Foot Luxury Condo
- Prior experience working in a luxury condo building is a HUGE plus
- Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Office
- proficient in working with iPhones and iPads
- Knowledge and experience with Creston Music Systems
- knowledge and experience working with Lutron Lighting Systems
- Vendor Management
- Monthly/Annual Maintenance Management
- Light Interior Design Experience
- Light construction Management Experience
- College Degree
- Assist in the management of two housekeepers & one Handyman – Schedules, payroll, etc.
- Assist Principals with Calls, Emails, Filing, Online Ordering
- Manage Petty Cash
- Quick Books
- Must have a clean driving record and good credit
- Five Years Experience Minimum
