Are you looking for a way to spruce up your personal chef skills and learn more about the craft? The United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) has recently launched its early registration for the National Personal Chef Conference. The annual conference, which will be held in Long Beach, California, from July 17 to 20, is the largest gathering of personal chefs from across the country. During the conference, chefs will learn from successful professionals who share their advice and perspective on the occupations. You will also have the opportunity to directly network with prominent chefs in the field.
“Each conference has given me valuable take-aways to enhance my business or to help with more efficient use of my time,” chef Kathy Patrick said in a news release.
“The Conference is a chance to widen our vision and take a fresh look at what we do and how we can do it better. I learn a lot from the courses, as well as from my fellow Chefs,” added Chef Mathew West.
The USPCA is working closely with the Southern California chapter of the organization in order to bring relevant knowledge to the conference. This year, guests have the ability to pay in installments as well as receive a special early bird discount. If you want to find out more about the event, visit the Personal Chef Conference website or Twitter page.
It is important to brush up on your knowledge and skills given the competitive nature of the personal chef industry. Whether you’re a local of California or are a New York personal chef, it may be worth it to take a trip to the West Coast for the conference.
