A prominent Beverly Hills family is searching for an experienced, sophisticating, energetic estate manager that can properly manage two of their properties and complete various assistant duties. Estate Manager MUST obtain 5+ years of experience working for a private estate with excellent time management skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and be a team player. Duties will include full staff management, drafting house manuals and expense reports, ensure budget of both households are under control, oversee all vendors and maintenance personnel, book and set all appointments/reservations, complete all administrative duties, sync and manage personal/business calendar’s, oversee payroll and assist with a variety of duties. This individual needs to be aable to excel under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. This position is full-time and starting salary is $100K+/annually (depends on experience) + full benefits!
