Director of properties/Estate Manager needed for a prominent figure in West Los Angeles, CA! (Starting Salary: $200K/annually + full benefits)


Seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and organized candidate for the position of director of properties/estate manager with a heavy emphasis on assistant work. This candidate will be responsible for working closely with an Executive out of his home in Los Angeles to ensure their personal needs are met. This position will be vital in developing and managing other staff members to create a cohesive and efficient live/work environment. The Estate Manager will be a strong communicator, liaising between the Executive and staff. Experience with a full-schedule lifestyle, the ability to accommodate sudden changes and requests, and superior communication and organizational skills are required. There is a tremendous opportunity to apply creative problem-solving, and the ideal candidate will enjoy meeting new challenges. This role will require occasional travel and a flexible schedule.

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate the Executive’s needs and meet all personal and professional commitments.
  • Assist in developing and training household staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient
    work environment with a high level of service.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely
    dissemination of information.
  • Book travel and manage logistics for Executive and guests, ensuring smooth arrangements.
  • Manage personal driving needs and errands.
  • Handle purchases of personal items as directed, including the research of different options based
    on specifications and providing well-informed recommendations.
  • Manage logistics of recreational activities, including dirt bikes, RVs and watercrafts.
  • Assist in the planning of social events at the Executive’s home.
    Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to train and mentor other staff.
  • Exceptional verbal and digital communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight.
  • A willingness to tackle any task, big or small.
  • Flexibility to travel as required and accommodate a dynamic schedule, including evenings and
    weekends.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 for calendar, email and Excel. Experience with Windows and iOS.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
