Hands-on and experienced estate manager needed for a high-profile Malibu estate! MUST be a jack/jill-of-all-trades and ensure it is functions like a 5-star hotel. Duties include but are not limited to–staff and vendor management, various assistant duties, chauffeur duties, ensuring vehicles are properly cared for, overseeing and training staff, greeting and accommodating guest needs, coordinating all travel, packing/unpacking for travel, coordinating events and dinner parties, rolling up the sleeves and help out the staff with any given task. Estate Manager must have at least eight years of experience and is highly preferred if skilled in butler duties and/or has previous work experience in hospitality and hotels.
