Estate Manager/Personal Assistant is needed for an HNW individual in West Hollywood, CA! (Starting Salary: $130K/annually + benefits)!

Seeking an experienced and trustworthy estate manager/assistant for a HNW in West Hollywood, CA! MUST be in close proximity to West Hollywood with stellar references, a keen eye for detail, and someone who excels in high-pressure situations. Candidate MUST have at least eight years experience and be hands-on.


  • Possess a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record; this position will also require a credit check since the assistant will have access to the client’s funds.
  • MUST be highly confidential and discreet
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role with verifiable references
  • MUST be tech-savvy, proficient in macOS, iOS, G Suite, and skilled in Excel.
  • MUST be highly organized and a self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • MUST be extremely detail-oriented and meticulous with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Candidate must also be pet-friendly


  • Heavy calendar management and syncing of all calendars
  • Responsible for the client’s day-to-day home and personal life
  • administrative and clerical duties with basic bookkeeping duties
  • Liaise with the business and family offices
  • Create and keep track of all inventories and budgets
  • Manage household projects and vendors
  • Run errands and complete personal shopping
  • Manage emails, appointments and calls
  • Coordinate all travel itineraries and logistics
  • Pack/unpack for travel
  • Assist with all daily projects and tasks
  • Meet all deadlines and communicate efficiently and clearly with employer
  • Assist with all additional duties

This position is full-time (Monday through Friday) and starting salary is $130K/annually + benefits
