Seeking an experienced and trustworthy estate manager/assistant for a HNW in West Hollywood, CA! MUST be in close proximity to West Hollywood with stellar references, a keen eye for detail, and someone who excels in high-pressure situations. Candidate MUST have at least eight years experience and be hands-on.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record; this position will also require a credit check since the assistant will have access to the client’s funds.
- MUST be highly confidential and discreet
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role with verifiable references
- MUST be tech-savvy, proficient in macOS, iOS, G Suite, and skilled in Excel.
- MUST be highly organized and a self-starter with excellent communication skills
- MUST be extremely detail-oriented and meticulous with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Candidate must also be pet-friendly
JOB DUTIES:
- Heavy calendar management and syncing of all calendars
- Responsible for the client’s day-to-day home and personal life
- administrative and clerical duties with basic bookkeeping duties
- Liaise with the business and family offices
- Create and keep track of all inventories and budgets
- Manage household projects and vendors
- Run errands and complete personal shopping
- Manage emails, appointments and calls
- Coordinate all travel itineraries and logistics
- Pack/unpack for travel
- Assist with all daily projects and tasks
- Meet all deadlines and communicate efficiently and clearly with employer
- Assist with all additional duties
This position is full-time (Monday through Friday) and starting salary is $130K/annually + benefits
