Holidays often unexpectedly creep up on us. Don't let Valentine's Day do that to you. If you still haven't planned anything for the big day, we've compiled a list of unique ideas.
In the first part of our two-part series, we suggested that you hire a personal chef and chauffeur to make the evening special. A personal chef can cook you and your spouse a homemade meal so you can avoid the crowds and focus on each other. A chauffeur could help you and your spouse recreate your first date by driving you both to that special location.
Here are two more ideas:
1. Be adventurous
Instead of taking your spouse out to dinner like millions of other Americans, be adventurous. Plan something new or do something spontaneous. This will make the evening unique and memorable.
If you're having trouble coming up with ideas, hire a personal assistant. He or she can help you plan your evening, make reservations and take care of travel and lodging. At the same time, a personal assistant can help you manage other workloads so you can concentrate on putting together a romantic Valentine's Day with your spouse.
2. Take a tour to romantic areas
If you live in the city, there are plenty of places you can go that are romantic. Maybe it's to the theater, a certain hole-in-the-wall restaurant or beautiful view overlooking the city landscape. Instead of driving to these areas yourself, hire a chauffeur. While the chauffeur is driving to these areas, you can spend time with your spouse, sharing a bottle of wine or popping a bottle of champagne.
