Skilled and experienced houseman needed for a prominent estate in Newport Beach, CA! MUST have excellent communication skills and be able to work with other staff members. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Detail exterior cleaning
- Caring for dogs and other animals
- Cleaning of outdoor fountains/ponds
- Detail clean all rails and gates
- Detail all vehicles and ensure they are fully fueled and stocked
- Lift/move outdoor furniture and clean exterior patio areas
- Deliver/receive packages
- Run various errands
- Tend to special daily requests
- Assist with all additional daily duties
