Highly skilled and energetic head housekeeper needed for a prominent Miami estate! MUST have at least 5 years of experience working in a staffed estate with other housekeepers and previous experience managing/training a housekeeping team. MUST have excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and be proactive.
Duties include, but are not limited to: full housekeeping duties — detail cleaning, organizing, laundry, ironing, pressing, steaming, sanitizing, and assisting with additional duties. Greet and accommodate guest needs; ensure the estate is running at a 5-star level; extremely detail-oriented in performing checks and adding “special touches” in each room. MUST be able to work alongside the housekeeping team and lead with confidence.
