Seeking an experienced and skilled houseman/Jr. House Manager for a high-profile executive in Clearwater, FL! MUST have at least 2 years experience in an estate with excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and ensure all duties are completed with utmost perfection.
This houseman will be responsible for:
–Light indoor and outdoor cleaning/ Preparation of space usage
-Minor repairs involving plumbing, electric, HVAC, Drywall/Painting, appliances, TVs, Hardware
-Know and operate smart home systems
-Supervise Vendors as needed
-Build items as needed
-Assist others as needed in regards to Estates items ( Get packages, carry/route items, etc
etc..)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday -8am-4:30pm (some flexibility will be required depending on clients need)
