A high-profile private family in Beverly Hills is seeking an exceptional, experienced Career Nanny to join their household team. The ideal candidate is warm, polished, highly professional, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with children.
This is a long-term position for someone who understands the standards, discretion, flexibility, and attention to detail required in a high-profile private household.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone who is:
● Warm, nurturing, patient, and engaging with children
● Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate the family’s needs
● Experienced working in high-profile, HNW/UHNW, or fully staffed private households
● Comfortable collaborating with parents, household staff, and other caregivers
● Creative in planning age-appropriate activities, outings, educational experiences, and play
● Knowledgeable about children’s routines, developmental milestones, nutrition, and general well-being
● Professional and polished while still bringing a fun, positive energy to the children’s day
● Extremely trustworthy and discreet
● Flexible with scheduling and comfortable traveling with the family when needed
● Able to maintain strong boundaries and complete confidentiality regarding the family and household
Responsibilities
The nanny’s primary focus will be the children and their day-to-day care, including maintaining routines, preparing and organizing children’s meals and snacks, managing children’s belongings, coordinating activities and appointments, assisting with school-related needs, planning enriching activities and outings, and keeping children’s areas organized.
The nanny will work closely with the parents and existing household team to ensure the children’s schedules run seamlessly.
This is not a general housekeeping position; however, the nanny should naturally maintain a tidy, organized environment around the children.
Requirements
Candidates should have significant professional nanny experience, preferably within a high-profile or private household; excellent references; a clean driving record; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it; the ability to travel domestically and internationally; and authorization to work in the United States.
A strict NDA and confidentiality agreement will be required.

Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate
Compensation: $175K/annually + full benefits
