Experienced and skilled houseman needed for a prominent estate in Malibu, CA! MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience as a houseman with excellent communication skills!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Full exterior cleaning and maintenance of grounds
- Oversee vendors as needed and ensure all renovation projects are being completed correctly
- Assist with interior duties as needed
- Vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicles are properly stocked
- Assist with all additional duties
