About the Role:
Seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to oversee the management and maintenance of multiple luxury properties. While experience in estate management is highly valued, we are looking for someone whose approach to their work is marked by initiative, attention to detail, and a strong problem-solving ability. This role requires an individual who notices when something is amiss—such as a misaligned cushion—and takes immediate and thoughtful action to correct it, ensuring that all aspects of the properties meet the principal’s exacting standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including overseeing property maintenance, managing household staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that each property is meticulously organized and maintained. You will need to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and take ownership of all aspects of property management. This includes financial responsibility for budget and expenses and managing travel logistics.
This position involves traveling between properties in Highland, NC, Naples, FL, Alpharetta and Atlanta, GA. The role demands flexibility, as the schedule will revolve around the principal’s needs, requiring some availability outside of traditional working hours, including the ability to respond to calls and emails at any hour and handle urgent matters even when on personal time.
While the role is complex, it is ideally suited for someone with a strong work ethic, a dedication to excellence, and a passion for maintaining beautiful, meticulously organized homes. If you are willing to learn, adapt, and apply your skills to meet the highest standards, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow and succeed within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
