Experienced and efficient housekeeper/house manager needed for a HNW Seattle estate! MUST have at least five years of experience with excellent communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Detail cleaning
- laundry and ironing; wardrobe management; laundress duties
- Vendor management
- Schedule maintenance personnel and reservations
- keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- keep track of household budgets
- Complete daily projects and requests
- Greet and accommodate guest needs
- Assist with all additional duties
