Houseman needed for a prominent couple in Montecito, CA! Houseman MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience working for a large estate with excellent communication skills. Houseman MUST be a team player, self-starter and take initiative. Duties include–full exterior cleaning, cleaning of windows and walkways, minor handyman duties, assist with tasks needed inside the estate, power washing, clean and ensure all vehicles are fully stocked and fueled, assist with all additional duties.
