Private family in Beverly Hills is adding a Support Technician to its Dynamic IT department. Rapidly expanding team is looking for someone with solid interpersonal skills for end user support. The Support Technician will be part of an on-call rotation strategy to maintain 24/7 support availability and will report directly to the Director of IT.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide essential IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and cellular devices.
- Identify, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- End user training and troubleshooting of computer and communications related issues in real time, in a multisite environment.
- Expert in Windows environment
- Experience with Mac, iPhones, printer and remote access support location. primarily in the Seattle area.
- Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary.
- Configure workstations, phones, and other end user tech devices as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience supporting users running Windows machines in an Active Directory environment.
- Communicate complex, technical concepts to non-technical clients both verbally and in writing.
- Experience supporting Mac computers in a Windows Domain.
- Experience with MS Office products, both on-prem and O365.
- Familiarity with networked print and file services.
- Able to troubleshoot routine end user issues using remote support tools.
- Assist users as needed for special projects that include a technology element.
- Must be able to lift 30lbs.
- Current driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Successful completion of thorough background investigation and reference check.
