Traveling Support Technician needed for a prominent Beverly Hills couple! (Starting Salary: $150K/annually + benefits)!

Private family in Beverly Hills, CA is adding a Support Technician to its Dynamic IT department.  Rapidly expanding team is looking for an Executive Support Technician to provide world-class support to our executive team. This person will be responsible for delivering and supporting the latest technology while maintaining a high level of reliability. To be successful, this person must show initiative, be motivated by technology and customer service, and have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills are required.  You will be part of an on-call rotation strategy to maintain 24/7 support availability.  The Traveling Support Technician will report directly to the Director of IT.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support end users in a residential environment, often traveling with executives.
  • Execute with security being the number one priority without causing blockers or reduced productivity.
  • Create and execute detailed plans around executive-level projects resulting in highly effective and efficient delivery of technical solutions.
  • Establish trust and maintain a high level of confidentiality for all executive’s activities/tasks.
  • Responsible for user training and troubleshooting of computer and communications related issues in real time, in a multisite Windows environment with occasional Mac, iPhones, printer and remote access support across various US locations. 
  • Provide Audio/Video conference support for onsite/offsite presentations, events, and meetings.
  • Configure workstations, phones, and other end user tech devices as needed. 

  • Support special events as required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting users running Windows based computers. 
  • Experience with MS Office products, both on-prem and O365.
  • Familiarity with networked print and file services.
  • Able to troubleshoot routine end user issues using remote support tools. 
  • Assist users as needed for special projects that include a technology element. 
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs. 
  • Current driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
