Searching for a great and capable houseman, who is responsible for day to day maintenance of homes. Duties include, but may not be limited to, light bulb replacements, pest trap maintenance, ensuring all flashlights, audio-video equipment is in working order, battery replacements, small household repairs including plumbing, outdoor furniture maintenance, inventory management, outdoor cleaning and maintenance. Must be able to lift heavy weight and be familiar with power tools and maintenance equipment. This is a full time position.
