Experienced groundskeeper/maintenance/houseman needed for a new Beverly Hills estate! MUST have a minimum of 8 years experience and be able to complete some repairs and maintenance duties. MUST be a very detailed cleaner and be able to care for all exterior grounds and ensure estate is in pristine condition! MUST be able to care and maintain vehicles, polish all railways, do daily multiple walk-throughs, tend to specific tasks and assist housekeepers with daily work inside as needed.
