Estate Manager/Chief of Staff needed for a very prominent family in Dallas, TX! (Starting Salary: DOE + Full-benefits)

A very prominent family in Dallas, TX is searching for a stellar Estate Manager/chief of staff! This Estate Manager will be responsible for complete oversight and care of the property and surroundings. Estate Manager will be the point of contact to interface and communicate with the family and its team. Duties will include but not limited too–event planning, knowledge and experience with private service skills (5+ years experience in luxury hotels is HIGHLY recommended) and MUST know proper social etiquette and cultural knowledge; Various administrative duties, Human Resource Management, Vendor & Contract Negotiation and Management, Draft house manuals and protocols to address situations, Property and systems management, budget preparation, security and safety of property, overseeing all staff members and cleanliness of property, project management. This Estate Manager MUST obtain 10+ years working with high profile families as well as hotel and/or restaurant service, acquire excellent communication skills, well educated in luxury items such as fine arts and antiques, acquire knowledge of architecture and construction, be familiar with software’s used for various projects, acquire acute business skills (accounting, finance, excellent computer skills), and be able to coordinate and execute large and intimate events. This positions does require someone with a 24/7 mentality and availability with amazing people skills. This position is full-time and salary depends on experience!
