A high-profile client is looking for an executive assistant at his office located in South Gate, CA. This person needs to be extremely professional, tech savvy, acquire excellent communication and organization skills. Tasks will include various administrative duties, answer phones and deliver messages, run errands as needed, filing, schedule appointments, maintain his calendar and daily additional tasks as needed. Candidate needs to be able to prioritize and be a self-starter. Must be able to work well in a team and independently. Office is located in South Gate and starting salary is 60K/year + full benefits. Must have prior executive assistant experience (the last 5 consecutive years working as an executive assistant).
