A Pasadena, CA; tech company CEO is searching for a skilled and efficient executive assistant that can work in a fast paced environment! Executive Assistant MUST acquire a minimum of 3+ years of experience working as an EA with EXCELLENT communication skills and organizational skills. EA will be responsible for heavy calendar management, scheduling and setting-up meetings, interface with clients and staff, answer all calls and emails, work closely with internal team and be a team player! Executive Assistant needs to be a self-start and excel in a fast paced environment. This position is full-time and starting salary is $65K/annually.
