A top-notch estate manager is needed for a high-profile Beverly Hills estate! The candidate MUST have at least ten years of experience managing a 20,000 sq.ft+ estate with excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate MUST be proactive, a great listener, and a problem solver. We prefer if the candidate has handyman and construction skills that can fix minor repairs needed around the estate.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Staff and vendor management
- Coordinate events
- Assistant duties
- Keep in line with budgets; coordinate payroll
- Create and implement house manuals
- Train staff as needed
- Meet all deadlines and complete all particular daily tasks
- Assisit with all additional duties
