House Manager needed for a prominent family in San Francisco, CA! (Starting Salary: $160K/annually + full-benefits)!

Skilled and experienced House Manager needed for a very private and prominent San Francisco family! MUST have at least eight years of experience and be LOCAL! No relocation and No Bay bridge commuters! MUST have excellent communication skills!

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Heavy Property Management & project management–inlcuding small household staff
  • knowledge in art is highly recommended
  • This is a casual environment
  • Experience with multiple properties and oversee multiple properties
  • Oversee maintenance on properties, sourcecoordinate and oversee vendors, present bids, etc.
  • The role is hybrid, remote, and working on-site
  • Must be able to travel around San Francisco and Marin
  • Personal household tasks include organizational projects, organizing clothes for donation, unpacking/packing for Princopiasl, etc.  
  • Looking for candidates who are:
    • Precise communicator
    • Must have Property Management experience & private service experience
    • Huge plus if you have design and construction experience
    • Know San Francisco well
    • Someone who reads the room well—not too chatty
    • Calm, collaborative, and efficient
    • Very tech-savvy
    • Bright, sharp
    • Independent, takes initiative—doesn’t need a lot of feedback or hand-holding
    • Must be comfortable driving in San Francisco
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Someone who ideally has worked with a family office at some point in time
    • A plus if house manager is multilingual
