We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Head Butler to drive the development and infrastructure of food & beverage and hospitality service for a private family’s expanding residential portfolio, including properties in Arizona, Hawaii, and Montana. Based in Scottsdale, this role will oversee all aspects of the organization’s food and beverage planning and service planning as well as coordination and curation of all private events and dining experiences. The Head Butler serves as the point person and liaison to the Principals for the family’s event planning, logistics, and hospitality services. This role will implement onboarding procedures, hire, supervise, mentor staff, and establish operational protocols and standards to deliver exceptional service to the Principals and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess the vision, facilitation, and management skills to build an exceptional food and household operations.
