Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the daily care and maintenance of two private residences in Bellevue, WA. Reporting to the House Supervisor, this role is responsible for maintaining both homes to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is proactive in keeping the homes clean, organized, and ready for the family and guests. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Housekeeping & Cleaning
Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal housekeeping tasks throughout both residences.
Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
Vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep, mop, and polish hard floors.
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and all living areas.
Make beds, change linens, and maintain guest rooms to a high standard.
Clean mirrors, windows, glass surfaces, blinds, and draperies.
Empty trash and recycling and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
Keep bathrooms fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and household supplies.
Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of both homes.
Laundry & Wardrobe Care
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry.
Iron and steam clothing, linens, and household fabrics.
Assist with wardrobe organization and closet maintenance.
Care for delicate fabrics and specialty household items according to instructions.
Household Organization
Organize closets, cabinets, storage areas, and household spaces.
Assist with seasonal organization and deep-cleaning projects.
Maintain household supplies and notify the House Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or repair needs promptly.
Family & Guest Support
Prepare the homes before family arrivals and after departures.
Prepare simple breakfast items and beverages for the family when requested, such as eggs,
toast, coffee, and tea.
Assist with packing and unpacking for family travel when requested.
Support household events and entertaining by helping prepare guest areas and common spaces.
Assist with errands and other household duties as assigned.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the House Supervisor and other household staff to maintain consistent service
standards.
Follow established household procedures and cleaning standards.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the family, guests, staff,
household operations, and all private matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in residential housekeeping, luxury homes, hotels, or private
estates preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.
Experience with laundry, ironing, garment care, and household organization.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Positive attitude with a strong service mindset.
Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Valid driver’s license is preferred.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
