Experienced, sophisticated, skilled, professional, and discreet houseman needed for a lavish estate in Miami, FL! MUST have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team and independently. Houseman must have a minimum of 5 years of experience for a private family with excellent references.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Detail clean exterior grounds and windows
- Clean all exterior railing/lights/fixtures
- Polish all needed fixtures
- Powerwash all walkways
- Clean all exterior windows and assist housekeepers with needed duties
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture and grill areas
- Restock supplies and keep track of inventory
- Ensure every lightbulb is working properly and changed in a timely manner
- Complete light handyman duties
- Complete special projects and with all additional duties
