We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscaper to manage a team of seven and oversee the landscaping operations for a high-end Beverly Hills property.
Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage a team of seven landscaping professionals.
*Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, including manicured gardens, Japanese gardens, and fruit trees.
*Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
*Coordinate and manage outside landscaping vendors and contractors.
*Plan and prioritize daily landscaping projects and team assignments.
Requirements:
*Extensive landscaping experience, preferably in luxury residential properties.
*Strong leadership and team-management skills.
*Knowledge of specialty gardens, fruit trees, and high-end landscape maintenance.
*Excellent organizational and vendor-management skills.
*Ability to work hands-on and manage a team effectively.
* Strong knowledge and preferably a degree in Horticulture
This position is Monday to Friday, but some flexibility will be needed
