Professional, energetic, and experienced personal assistant/nanny needed for an HNW family in Ojai, CA! MUST have at least five years of experience as a personal assistant AND nanny, specifically caring for elementary- and middle-school-aged children. MUST have excellent communication skills and be able to work Thursday to Monday.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Drive and pick up children from school and necessary destinations
- Ensure they are properly supervised and cared for; tend to their needs
- Coordinate play dates and extracurricular activities
- Run various errands–including grocery shopping
- Heavy calendar management and sync calendars
- Make reservations and assist with travel coordination
- Organize household and complete children’s laundry
- Complete all requested tasks and projects
- Light cooking
- Assist with all additional duties
