Full-Time Estate Housekeeper – Private Residence

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Full-Time Housekeeper for a beautiful private estate in Brentwood, California.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who takes pride in maintaining a home to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. This individual must be a self-starter, highly observant, dependable, and an excellent team player, able to work independently and collaboratively with another housekeeper.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, discretion, and the ability to anticipate household needs without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence, maintaining all areas to luxury estate standards.
- Conduct detailed deep cleaning, including baseboards, moldings, fixtures, cabinetry, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Maintain immaculate bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
- Handle laundry, ironing, steaming, folding, and proper garment care.
- Change and maintain fine linens, towels, and bedding.
- Organize and maintain closets, drawers, cabinets, and household storage areas.
- Properly clean and care for delicate surfaces, fine furnishings, artwork, and specialty materials.
- Monitor household cleaning supplies and communicate when they need replenishing.
- Identify areas requiring additional attention and take initiative to address them.
- Work collaboratively with the other housekeeper to ensure seamless daily operations and consistent standards.
- Assist with occasional household projects, seasonal organization, and additional housekeeping duties as needed.
- Maintain complete discretion and respect for the family’s privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a luxury private residence or high-end estate is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards.
- Must be a proactive self-starter who recognizes what needs to be done and takes initiative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive, professional, and cooperative attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and care for luxury surfaces, fine furnishings, and delicate fabrics.
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and discreet.
- Flexible and willing to work rotating weekends with the other housekeeper.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

- Full-Time Position
- Rotating Weekends: Weekend coverage will be shared with the other housekeeper.
