Houseman/Groundskeeper needed for a prominent estate in Malibu, CA! MUST have at least five years of experience and be able to care for all responsibilities pertaining to the exterior of the estate and exterior grounds. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Exterior cleaning (ensuring there are no leaves, cobwebs, dust, etc.) and clean outdoor patio/BBQ area –including grill and outdoor fixtures
- Power wash walkways and clean all rails
- Wash windows
- Detail clean vehicles and stock with necessary supplies
- Landscaping duties and care for outdoor plants/garden
- Assist with all additional duties
