Estate/House Manager needed in Brentwood, CA! (Starting Salary: $150K/annually + benefits)!

Experienced and polished estate/house manager needed in Brentwood, CA! MUST be a self-starter with the ability to wear multiple hats and take care of all estate/house management needs, personal assistant tasks and event coordination. MUST have a minimum of 6 years of experience with excellent communication skills. This position requires someone that can work long hours and a flexible schedule.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Vendor and staff management–including coordinating payroll and schedules
  • Train and oversee staff and ensure home is in immaculate condition
  • Create and implement house manuals
  • Oversee all repairs and renovations
  • Keep track of household inventory and budgets
  • Calendar management–Make reservations and schedule all personal meetings
  • Coordinate intimate and lavish events
  • Ensure staff has high morale and all problems are solved
  • Complete all special projects and meet deadlines
  • Assist with all daily additional duties
