Experienced and polished estate/house manager needed in Brentwood, CA! MUST be a self-starter with the ability to wear multiple hats and take care of all estate/house management needs, personal assistant tasks and event coordination. MUST have a minimum of 6 years of experience with excellent communication skills. This position requires someone that can work long hours and a flexible schedule.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Vendor and staff management–including coordinating payroll and schedules
- Train and oversee staff and ensure home is in immaculate condition
- Create and implement house manuals
- Oversee all repairs and renovations
- Keep track of household inventory and budgets
- Calendar management–Make reservations and schedule all personal meetings
- Coordinate intimate and lavish events
- Ensure staff has high morale and all problems are solved
- Complete all special projects and meet deadlines
- Assist with all daily additional duties
